Boutique in scale, deliberate in detail, and rooted in one of the inner north’s most beautiful addresses. Clay sits quietly between a canopy of mature trees on Forbes Street. Seven luxury residences, each designed with deliberate attention to light, material, and the people that live within. The inner north location brings lifestyle and connectivity in equal measure, with light rail, open space, and the energy of the city all within easy reach.
